Given the meticulous preparation required, including sourcing fresh ingredients and specific preparation processes, please take note of our refund policy:
Cancellation and Refund:
- Up to 48 Hours: Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if done 48 hours before the requested delivery date and time.
- Less Than 48 Hours: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date, refunds cannot be provided due to the initiation of preparation to ensure the highest quality.
- Faulty Products: In line with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, if a product is faulty, you are entitled to a choice of a refund, or replacement.
- Change of Mind: Order cancellations due to a change of mind are not possible because food preparation begins immediately after the order is placed.
Quality Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of our treats. If you're not satisfied with the quality upon delivery, contact us within 30 minutes with order details and a photo, and we'll make it right, respecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
