Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to the Invercargill area, which is within a maximum of 7 km from our local delivery point at 53 Louisa Street, Gladstone.
Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Our delivery hours are:
- Standard Hours: 11 am - 6 pm
- Daylight Saving Time: 11 am - 8pm
Delivery Fees
Our delivery charges are based on the distance from our local delivery point to your address:
- Up to 1 km:
- $3.5 for orders less than $35
- $0.5 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- Free for orders $50 and over
- 1 km to 2 km:
- $5 for orders less than $35
- $2 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- $0.5 for orders $50 and over
- 2 km to 3 km:
- $6.5 for orders less than $35
- $3.5 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- $2 for orders $50 and over
- 3 km to 4 km:
- $8 for orders less than $35
- $5 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- $3.5 for orders $50 and over
- 4 km to 5 km:
- $9.5 for orders less than $35
- $6.5 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- $5 for orders $50 and over
- 5 km to 6 km:
- $11 for orders less than $35
- $8 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- $6.5 for orders $50 and over
- 6 km to 7 km:
- $12.5 for orders less than $35
- $9.5 for orders between $35 and less than $50
- $8 for orders $50 and over
Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Preparation:
- Our team will prepare your food and drinks with care and attention to detail (approximately 25 minutes).
- Delivery:
- Our delivery driver will bring your order to the provided address (within 30 minutes, depending on distance).
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the specified delivery hours.
- We appreciate your understanding in case of any unexpected delays.
Special Instructions
If you have any special instructions for your delivery (e.g., gate code, specific drop-off location), please include them in the order notes section during checkout.
Delivery Issues

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or quality concerns, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will then arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
